• Will my user name and password work with your new site?
No, passwords that were set up with our old sites will not work. Please set up again. Sorry for the inconvience.

• Will you deliver flowers to a wake in time for the visiting hours?
We recognize the time sensitive nature of delivering to funeral homes. Delivery will be made before the wake begins.

• Can I send balloons to hospitals?
Yes however latex balloons are not allowed due to latex allergies. Mylar balloons are allowed. You can add candy or a stuffed animal to any balloon bouquet.

• Can I send a gift to the hospitals if I don't know the patient's room number?
Yes. We will call hospital and ascertain the patient's room number.

• For hospital employee deliveries do I need a specific location?
It is best if you do provide us with building name, department and floor or suite number. Also include cell and department phone number. The Boston hospitals are large and have many buildings. Correct information will insure your gift is delivered in a timely manner
