How can I check my Delivery Status?
We send a 'delivery confirmation' notification email after delivery has been completed.
How will I know if my gift/order has been successfully delivered?
Once delivery is completed you will receive a 'delivery confirmation' to your email. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you do not see a delivery confirmation in your inbox.
Can I request a specific time for the delivery of my arrangement?
If you are in our local area you will be offered different priority delivery options during checkout. We offer our convenient 'rush' service for an additional charge.
On sympathy orders, we check with the funeral home and will change the delivery time and date according to what is requested by the funeral director.
Do you deliver on Sundays?
No, we're closed on Sundays. We are open Monday-Saturday. We have special hours on Sunday, February 12th for the Valentine holiday. We will be open 9am-5pm that day.
How far in advance can I order a gift/bouquet/arrangement for delivery?
Our online website is set for 30 days. Note: during major floral holiday periods, this range is subject to change.
For hospital employee deliveries, do I need a specific location?
Yes, we need a building name, department, and floor/suite number. Additionally, please provide a cell phone and department phone number. The Boston hospitals are large and have many buildings. Correct information will ensure your gift is delivered in a timely manner.
What happens to my order when you attempt delivery and the recipient is not at home?
If the recipient is not home, the floral gift is left by the door (or in a similar location -- ie. apartment building lobby, etc.) and our delivery driver will notify the recipient via phone call or text message to let them know a delivery has been left for them. We take full responsibility when leaving deliveries.
What happens if my delivery is refused by the recipient?
If your delivery is refused the item is available to you to pick up in the store for 24 hours. We do not provide refunds on refused orders.
What is your anonymous sender policy?
We do not allow anonymous orders. If the recipient inquires regarding who sent the gift, we provide your first and last name. Even if your card message is not signed, if the recipient asks who sent the gift, we will tell them your name.
