Spring is in the air, even if it doesn’t always feel like it here. March 21 is right around the corner, and we here at Central Square Florist have the seasonal flowers to prove it.

One of the best ways to at least fake a spring in our indoor spaces is to bring in that green, as well as the vibrant palette of pastels and punched-up colors that we associate so much with rebirth, joy, energy . . . basically all of the things. Our gardens may not be growing yet, but soon enough, we’ll be walking among the flowers again.

It’s also not springtime in Paris, but we don’t mind taking a little inspiration from them to design a piece that will conjure up a spirit of lightness for you. We call it Frais Du Jardin, and it really is the bees knees. It’s sophisticated, fresh, modern and makes use of one of the season’s signature blooms, the tulip.
