Jackie Kennedy Onassis – White Peony and Blue Cornflower

Famous fashion icon as well as First Lady, Jackie Kennedy Onassis had two flowers that were her favorite – white peonies and blue cornflowers. The vibrant blue cornflower is striking in its color and she used it to jazz up the gardens on the White House grounds. The blue cornflower symbolizes hope, devotion, unity, and prosperity, which represented the objectives of that time and is probably why it was one of her favorite flowers. The white peony, a lush, delicate flower with many petals, was Jackie’s other favorite flower and symbolized good luck, prosperity, and abundance.

Katy Perry loves to fill her dressing room with purple and white hydrangeas, her favorite flower. The hydrangea flower has different meanings in a different culture, such as apology and understanding in Japan and boastfulness and arrogance in Europe. Regardless of their meaning, the hydrangea is a shrub that produces lush, beautiful flowers in a variety of colors with abundant petals. Katy’s favorite hydrangea colors of purple and white represent understanding, royalty, grace, peace, and purity.

Lady Gaga – White roses

The delicate and glorious white rose is Lady Gaga’s favorite flower. She often wears them as adornments or accessories as well. White roses symbolize pure love, peace, and new beginnings, which is why it has long been a popular flower at weddings. In Greek mythology, the white rose is associated with Adonis, who is responsible for renewal and rebirth. White roses are also connected to focus in life, and having an arrangement of white roses in a vase inside your home means peaceful energy exists throughout your home. Another celebrity singer whose favorite flower is the white rose is Madonna – who has them regularly in her dressing rooms when she performs.

Truly elegant. This design features hydrangeas, roses, lilies & orchids arranged in a beautiful white glass vase.
